We are looking for a project manager in San Francisco Bay Area.

Must have at least bachelor degree in Engineering (civil, electrical, construction, or similar) and at least 5+years of industry related experience. Responsibilities:
• Management of construction projects including both private and commercial construction
• Equipment inspection, oversight of repair and maintenance
• Routine and on-going assessment of building systems operations through data analysis to assure compliance and functionality

We look for an excellent Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Duties include designing, testing, installing and repairing electrical equipment for residential and commercial use. Oversight and monitoring the operations of the commercial building including adjustments to the refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, EMS, hot water systems, maintain refrigeration, chilled water and air conditioning equipment, boilers and ventilating, and other mechanical and electrical equipment.

Must have MS in EE, ME, or a closely related field and at least two (2) years of industry-related experience with single phase uninterruptible power supply systems (Ups) such as GE (SitePro series), OR American Power Conversion Corporation (APC), OR similar, Mitsubishi air-conditioners, internal electricity grids, and lighting systems.
